Mr. Hayworth is a Florida native who grew up in Brevard County, and is one of the initial founding partners of the law firm. Mr. Hayworth graduated cum laude and third in his Stetson law school class of 1984 after graduating summa cum laude and first in his class at the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Hayworth spent six years with the law firm of Fowler, White, Gillen, Boggs, Villareal & Banker, P.A. before moving back to Melbourne to form the law firm of Hayworth, Chaney, & Sinclair P.A. In 1995 the law firm became Hayworth & Chaney P.A., and as of January 1, 2006, the law firm grew to Hayworth, Chaney, & Thomas P.A.
Mr. Hayworth actively litigates cases involving catastrophic injuries, personal and financial, and wrongful death claims on behalf of the victims. These cases include vehicular collision, product liability, trucking catastrophe, railroad catastrophe, airline catastrophe, drug companies, insurance fraud, business fraud, environmental injury and others. Mr. Hayworth has secured significant recoveries on behalf of his clients.
